Water, water everywhere, but not a drop in Mexico City…

Mega cities around the world are having problems supplying fresh drinking water to the teeming millions that are resident. Mexico city is one of the biggest mega cities (I believe only Tokyo has a greater population) and has one of the worst problems. Which is kind of unfortunate seeing as how the original city in Aztec times was little more than an island surrounded by a network of five enormous lakes, all now gone. Guadalajara is facing a similar problem, as it’s water supply comes from a nearly drained lake.
