I like my photography and I like taking photos of Mexico, whatever part of Mexico it might be that my lenses is pointing at. But I’m an awfully long way from being Mexico’s finest photographer! That honour definitely belongs to Graciela Iterbide, who has just won the 2008 Hasselblad Award. It’s a pretty pretigious international award, from the makers of perhaps the finest cameras in the world. They are very much the Bang and Olufsen of the camera world – both from Sweden, both very stylish, both exce in quality and both produce goods with the most outrageous price tags imaginable! You could buy a house for the price of their top of the line camera! Depending upon which country you live in of course. But anyway, back to Ms Iturbide. Here is one of my favourites of her photos…
