He talks about how the water has memory -the places that flooded in Mexico City, used to be lakes until the Spaniards decided to drain them and build on their bed. Chalco, Cd. Neza and Ecatepec were built on the basin of lake Texcoco. And, to our chagrin, the water knows that, and hence it makes a comeback every once in a while…
