The latest online web ‘contest’ I’ve entered is by the Science Museum, who want to collect photos on Flickr for a June exhibition. They intend to pick their 50 favourite photos which will be displayed. I’ve entered the photo below, which is of me and Paola at the Moon Lake on the Nevada de Toluca mountain. Click here to go to the Flickr Group set up by the Science Museum. The purpose of this, from a scientific point of view?
Attraction is very hard to pin down with scientific explanation alone so, when submitting the photo, you’re welcome to accompany the picture with a comment and tell us… What made you click? Comments are optional.
About the Who Am I? gallery
Who Am I? is all about your favourite subject: you! What makes you you? How do your genes impact on your brain, or how you act, think and look?
The gallery examines how modern science is transforming our understanding of what it means to be human. The new Who am I? gallery opens in June 2010.
An area of the Gallery will be dedicated to Sex, Gender, Attraction & Sexuality. To illustrate the ‘science of attraction’ 50 images of diverse couples will be displayed, and one of those could be yours!
