Not a bad result from a mobile phone, even if I do say so myself. Nice level of detail, albeit with a little added clarity in Lightroom. Black and white shots do, of course, flatter lower quality images. Which helps. But even so, not a bad result.

The Mexile 
Despite what I said in my earlier comment, your HTC one shots aren’t bad, though they’ve been made to look old-fashioned, so that degrades them somewhat right off the bat. Still, the B&W ones look very nice.

I do overdo the filters sometimes. But they do hide, or at least divert attention away from, the weaknesses of the lens in the HTC. But some of them were only lightly processed.
Black and white definitely lends itself to mobile photography though.
