Bubblr is a kewl tool to snatch photos from Flickr and turn them into cartoon strips. I’m not sure I have cause to use it, other than the single frame example below, but I’m sure it would be useful to enough people to be worth publicising!

Interesting and fun web application. Connects to Flickr well. I thought http://www.graphita.com has a lot more to offer in terms of content and styles of captions and stuff.
