Paola has hit the big 30. And to celebrate, last weekend we went to Hidalgo State, named after the father of Mexican independence, renowned for it’s very Mexican culture and way of life, for some a taste of traditional Mexico Spain. We went to the Freixenet factory/vineyards to indulge in a tipple or two fo their sparkling wines, a lunch of paella and a tour of the ‘caves’. Where the limitations of my compact camera in low light with no flash showed itself.
