Fascism in America

Trump supporters have a problem. Some of them, anyway. The ones who’ve spent more than four years trying to laugh off the suggestion that Trump is, at heart, a fascist. What do they do now? Admit what has been blatantly obvious to everyone else the whole time? Or just go full fascist themselves, because it’s the easiest way out?

To be clear, to go ‘full fascist’, one does not need to do anything special. One just keeps on doing what one has been doing these last few years. One just keeps on cheering for Donald Trump. But we see you. We know who you are. We know what you are.

  1. Even Murdock at his New York Post has tossed Trump under the bus.
I unblocks a whole group of my Trump loving friends today. Four are already blocked again. I’m not going to bother with the ones I unfriended, they earned that honor by chasing me down over in the message service . I’ll be polite if I see them out and about but no more access to my account.
As I said before, I’ll forgive but I will not forget who drank the koolaid.

    1. I’ve never unfriended or blocked someone for daring to hold different opinions to my own. But I’ve cast a few aside when its transpired their politics go hand in hand with bigotry. It’s one of the joys of the freedom to choose ones friends.

A true Trump supporter can’t be separated from bigotry. Still. It’s pleasant watching them squirm for a bit.
