I’d blogged a couple of time about the DF:24 photo competition, including a post regards my entries. Both of them. Out of a maximum of 24 I could have entered. I was disappointed with my output to say the least. But something in one of them caught the editors eye, and was chosen to appear as one of the 24 winners in the next issue of DF:24.

Cheers Don Felipe. I did have a plan to capture a shot of a rubbish truck days before I took it. But what I had imagined and what I got were very different. The whited out sky didn’t help either. I really wanted a closer shot with a face or two in the picture.

Just checked out the DF24 site…congratulations!! your photo was by no means Rubbish as you labelled it last week!! let me know when you cycle to Cuernavaca…look forward to reading about it…
